I am female, born 11/04/1967 at Samuel Merritt Hospital in Oakland CA, and believe I am Baby Girl Strickland/Steffan. I am searching for birth parents, or siblings. Put up for adoption right away, and adopted in Contra Costa or Alameda County on 1/26/1968 by the Sooter family. I was told that my mother was late teens, fair coloring, possibly of Lithuanian/German descent. Father details were much sketchier, but he is Caucasian. Would like medical information, and possibly friendship if interested.
