Looking for information about William "Richard" WALTER(1858-1935)and Viola Mae McDonald(1868-1933)WALTER of Amissville (Rappahannock Co.), VA and their foster son. They were foster parents of Leonard COLVIN (1911-1933)from about 1919 until his death. They also had 4 daughters (married a Latham, Curtis, Carlson, Rowzie) and one son Henry. Their son and several daughters lived in Washington D.C. in the 1930s (from parents' obituaries).
