I am looking for ancestors and/or decendents of Peter Galbraith. Peter was born about 1818 in either PA or OH and died 31 Dec 1871 in Lawrence Co., PA from complications from a mining accident. Peter was married to Leatha Knoise born about 1824 in OH and died after 1880 in PA. Peter is supposed to be decended from one of two brothers that fought with George Washington's army.
