I'm trying to find Capt. Samuel Packard's birth around 1805 in Haverhill, Essex, MA.(per his son's death cert). This could be anywhere in that county give or take a few years. I'm trying to find his parents and/or siblings. He later went to Canada (m. Elizabeth Wakefield) and then to Buffalo, Ny and raised his children and died.
