Seeking info on immigrant ancestor Robert Chaffin b. abt. 1695 in England. d. 15 Feb. 1745 Littleton, Mass. USA. m. Abigail Davis 15 Apr. 1719. Abigail Davis was born in condord Mass. 22 Jan. 1699 dau. of Samuel and Abigail (Reed) Davis. An seeking information as to his birth place in England. I have no informaion where he was born or of his family in Engalnd. Robert and Abigail Chaffin named their first son John. this could be an indication of his family history, since her fathers name is Samuel. Hope to connect this very illustrious family--to our England Chaffins.
