I was born on May 7,1968 in Paducah Kentucky at Western Baptist Hospital. My mother had 3 other children at the time. She was a secretary for some company in Paducah and my father was her boss....I think. She was a pretty brunette, he was a blonde stocky man from Arkansas. I think my birth name was Earlene or Arlene. The name I was given by my adoptive parents is Janice Marie Mohundro...now Smith. I think she had an affair and her husband found out and divorced her.
