I am looking for information on Downing/Miller family from Adams County Ohio. My ggrandfather was Walter Downing and my ggrandmother was Louie Miller. I am also wondering if anyone could answer a question of why my guncle would not be on the 1930 census he would have been 5yrs. old, my ggrandparents were not married at the time like we thought.
