I am searching for my birth-mother. I was born June 27, 1974 to a 15 or 16 year-old girl who I think may have family in the military. I was in foster care for three months and then adopted by a couple from Lake of the Ozarks, Mo. My adoption took place in Clay county MO. The adoption was finalized between Sept and Nov of 1975, not sure of which one.
