Hi, I am trying to fine anyone that may be able to help in locating my father,or anyone that kowns him. He is know as Luther Gerald Shackelfore better known as (jack)I am his daughter that he never seen, I know that in 1958 He had contacted My Mothers step sister known at that time as being called dollie, My mother's name was Mary Elizabeth Dane, Her and my father had went to Las Vegas to retain a marriage lincese and that was on 5/04/1957.he was in some branch of the service I am not sure which one that was now.I know that he was station in Backerfield Ca. and I also know that he was adopted to a family in Ky. at that time he had told my Mother that he had a heart condition and that he had to go to washington . he was suppose to come back to shafter ca after that to where my mother was .so if their is anyone out there with any information please let me know . i have been trying for 30 years to file my father.Lost in | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
