I am searching for the parents and family of my great grandfather Francis Coyle. He was born in 1858 in County Cavan Ireland (according to the baptisimal certificate of his first born child). I Don't know when he came to the U.S. but found immigration information that matches his year of birth in Pa. If accurate, he came to this country at the age of 3. If so, where & with whom did he grow up? Francis Coyle first shows up in Virginia City Nevada in 1878. In 1880 he married my great grandmother, Sarah Ellen Curran May 18, 1880, St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Gold Hill Nv. They had 7 children (6 boys, 1 girl),2 boys died in infancy. Francis contracted TB and died April 24, 1897 at the age of 39. He's buried in Gold Hill Nv. His widow moved to Butte Montana where she had family. The boys did not have any children but the girl, my grandmother married and had 5 children. Her name was Mary Lorraine "Mae"(Coyle) McQuiston. Francis' widow died in Tonapah Nv. Aug. 1,1948
