I am searching for descendants for Sarah and John Fitzwilliams , who had been living in Goderich, Huron Co.Ontario, in the 1871 census.They had children: James, 14 yrs.,Adeline, 11, Richard 9, Sarah 8, and Albert 5. In the 1880 census, for Bay City, Mi., Sarah is widowed , James D. Fitzwilliams was 21, Adaline was 19, Richard was 17, and Sarah was 15. There is a marriage for Adeline married to Allison R. Millar, 08 Sept. 1885, Bay City. I am wondering if someone may have more information? There is a Thomas D.Fitzwilliams married to Mary Eleanor Clarke, Bay City, 26 Sept. 1874. I am not sure if this is my ancestor. I believe that Sarah Stephens, of Ireland, was married to John Fitzwilliams. She was born abt. 1830s. He was from the US., according to the 1871 census.
