I am looking for some information for (Armstrong) A B Kerr of Texas. He was married to Mary Mercer Kerr, 1st wife and had 3 sons by that marriage, T.O. Kerr, T. L. Kerr and W. B. Kerr. Second wife was Elizabeth A. Kerr, children by this marriage include Jno. A. Kerr, C. G. Kerr and Liela (Alice) Kerr Price. I have over 100 original land deeds that come from the Kerr Family archives that start in 1849 with the estate of David Berry, and Deed transactions of William Menefee with signatures on 2 deeds (signer of the Texas Declaration of Independence)of Fayette County, Texas and go through the early 20th Century. A. B Kerr was a Texas State Senator around 1900. Almost all of the original land deeds I own are from Fayette County,Texas and the town of Muldoon. A.B. Kerr and Sons owned the Muldoon Rock Quarry in the late 1890's and I have all of the original land deeds for the formation of the Fayette County Rock Company, later known as the Kerr Rock Quarry and the Muldoon Rock Quarry. I also have 8 Land Deeds that belonged to the James Lewis(Bunk) Stagner who was Murdered in Fayette Texas in the 1896 because he was the prime suspect in the killing of Constable Hull. I have a deed for Charlie Stagner who spent 4 years in Huntsville Prison and I have a signature of W. T. Stagner as a witness on his brothers deed. W. T. Stagner was shot by Tom Birge in 1894 while hunting cattle in Fayette County Texas. Any Information would be greatly appreciated. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
