I am looking for my half siblings. Birth mother's name was Alvina and she lived in the Kellogg, Idaho and Billings, Montana area. I was adopted at birth in Kellogg by Ray and Kay Hamblin. My half brother was a year or so old and was adopted either late 1959 or early 1960 in Kellogg as well. My half sister stayed with our birthmother.
