I am looking for my niece that was born with the name of Ragenea JoAnne Uncapher. Her mother is Melissa Smith who also had the last names of Elwood and Uncapher. Ragenea was born October 27, 1991. We were told that she was adopted somewhere around 1998 or a little bit later than that in the state of Mississippi after being taken from her mother and put in foster care. The last time we seen her she had blonde hair and blue eyes. Ragenea's grandparents and myself here in Florida would like to know where she is at and possibly get in contact with her. We haven't seen her since 1997. She also has a brother by the name of Clinton Leroy Glenn Thomas Uncapher who was born November 27, 1988 and still lives in Ohio with his father. Ragenea used to call him "bubby." We really miss her and hope that someone will know where she is. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
