I am looking for Samuel McCabe, son of Eritrean-born Aziza Said-Issa. He is the half-brother of my foster child, Adam Parkinson, who was born January fifth, 1994. We think Samuel was born in spring 1981, possibly in Sudan. I do not know the father's name. He may have lived in Liberia and are told he moved to the United States.
