I am searching for information about Thomas L. Thompson. He was bn in St. Mary's Co., Maryland. He moved to Nelson County, Kentucky about the time of its statehood. He married Betsey Crume there. His guardian for the marriage was Wilford Goodrum, a man who had also moved from St. Mary's County. His son was Thomas A. and this Thomas md. Sarah Talbott of Nelson Co., Kentucky. I am wanting to determine the parentage of Thomas L. Thompson. There were several Thompson families in St. Mary's county in colonial days.
