Looking for any information or records (birth, death) on Cynthia Elizabeth Wheeler born around 1886 in Va. Cynthia went by Elizabeth or Betty (Bettie). Noah C. Wheeler and Nancy Stephenson are more than likely her parents.....I am looking for any records that may prove they are who they appear to be! Cynthia had a child by a William Childress....My grandmother Ruby Wheeler....Born in Lee county Va. Sept. 1913....Don't know if Elizabeth married William....haven't been able to find marriage record. Elizabeth eventually married a Steve Tiney (Tinney) lived in Wva. had a few more children. I found her tombstone on line she is buried in the Norwood Cemetery in McDowell County she died on Feb. 24, 1934 any help with finding more information or ceritificates of birth and death would be greatly appreciated.
