I am searching for the family of Levin, Levan, Leven Gunby. My GGGrandmother was Anna Maria Gunby. Her Father was Levin Gunby (Not sure which spelling is correct) and her mother was Mary Hollingsworth. Mary Hollingsworth lived for a while in St. Mary's, Georgia. I have no information on Levin or who his family was. Being the name is unusual I thought this would be easy but it has not turned out that way. Mary Hollingsworth was born after 1788 in Fernandina Beach Florida. In the 1830 Camden County Census Saint Mary’s, Georgia they were listed but with the spelling as Gunsby. The next Census that had it spelled I believe as Gundy. If anyone has any information on this Levin Gunby I would greatly appreciate any information you have.
