PAYNE:JULY 18 1973,BOY ...Searching for my birth parents. I was born at the hospital in Barrow County Ga. My mother worked as a receptionist for her father in his Doctors office. She was 14 at the time I was born. My father was a drifter. I currently reside in Stephens County & have since adopted. Adopted parents names: CHARLES & DOTTIE. I have brown hair & brown eyes. Probably weighed around 8-9 lbs at birth.
