I am looking for my husband's birth parents. He believes that he was born in Portage Wisconsin around June 1968. He was told his mother was either 15 or 16 years old and his father possibly 17 years old. My husband was born with a medical condition which he has overcome for the most part. He was adopted out of the Rhinelander Wisconsin adoption agency. This was a closed adoption. His adopted fathers name is Roman and his "at the time" adopted mother's name was Carol.
