Hello listers, My Quance family originated in Shebbear , Devon, England. My cousin there noticed a message in their Church guest registry from a Katherine Stephen from Oregon which stated that she was descended from Rebecca Quance. I do not know Katherine but I am anxious to contact her. I realize the chances that someone would actually know her is very slim but maybe someone would have a suggestion as to how to make a connection.
