I am looking for my half-sister. I have virtually no information about her. Our father's name was Ken Riley and he passed in 1990. From what I understand she had made contact with him and knew who he was. I think she was given up for adoption when my father was in High School. He attended Robert E. Lee in Highlands, Texas.
