Looking for the family or knowledge of Wm. F. Hunt and wife, Emma Vaughn Hunt, who moved from Alabama in the 1860s to Lavaca County, TX. They later settled in Kyle, Hays County, TX. They had several children, including Mattie V. Hunt, my great-grandmother. She and her son, my grandfather, Wm. M. Hunt (also known as Mac or Zeke) moved to Austin in the 1900s. I think her parents are buried in Hays County, probably Kyle area. Mattie was married for a short time to James Shea. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
