Looking for the parents of Thomas Ambrose Dobbs, born in Pa. Perhaps Beaver County? I believe his father to be John Dobbs, but I am not certain. He was born about 1835. He moved to Jefferson County, Island Creek Twp. Ohio at an early age and resided with a family called Fowler(?) He married Malzenia Prater June 1866 in Jefferson County..she was born in MO.
