Query Text:

HALL, WILLIAM M., b. probably in CT 19 March 1796, married ca 1816 to HARRIET PATCHEN, b. 20 Nov. 1795, daughter of Capt. Sam & Mary (Hollister) Patchen of Sabbath Day Point. Probably lived at Hague, New York from at least 1816. First child, Leahman Hall, born at Hague, New York in 1817. They moved to Hannibal, Cayuga County, NY by 1830. One grandson had unusual first name of Royal. Use of that first name also known in the Hall family of Lake Luzerne, Warren County, NY, but I can't make the connection. Other Wm. and Harriet Hall children were: Hiram, b. 1821; Adaline, b. 1824; Nelson, b. 1827, Henry, b. 1831 and Mary Jane, b. 1832 and Wm. A. Hall, b. 1835. Unfortunately the very large Patchen Genealogy published in 1952 does not include any information about the lineage of William Hall. The family ends up at Convis Township, Calhoun County, Michigan in 1842. Does anyone know anything about my William Hall's parents or siblings? Thank you so much. Kevin Tvedt Los Angeles, California
