My ancestors lived in Columbiana County, East Liverpool and in Belmont County,in and around Martins Ferry.Through census research and being persistant I found Marshall, William, father BD apx1850 Marshall,Adeline, BD apx 1872; Married Fowler, William H; BD apx 1871 children; James, Minnia Estella, my grandmother BD 1898 DOD 1941, Fredrick, George, Aaron, Lived in East Liverpool, Columbiana cty 1900 - 1930 Minnia Estella (Stella) Married Prosper Kelley. would appreciate any information as to Mother Marshall, and or Mother and Father Fowler. Have found that Father Fowler is William Henry and was a fire chief in East Liverpool. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
