I'm Looking for my great,great,great grandfather .Royal Hood who married Biddy Pully in 1836in Virginia.This marriage is recorded in the. Marriage Bonds for Lunenburg County,Virginia 1763-1821 .Surety,Wm.Harding.On1850 censusI found his family listed as James,Amanada,Samuel,Lucy and Johnand ages. I know John as young man went to Indiana and later served in the civil war which is documented in Civil War Service Records.John is my great great grand fatherwho married Martha Ann Fisher from Indaina.What I can't find is where did the rest of his family go .Samuel was living with his mother in Marion,Smyth,Virginia in 1880 United States Federal Census Record.What happen To Rogal and the rest of the kids.My grandparents are the only ones that emigrated to Canada in the early 1900's.
