I am looking for information regarding Amos Williams (ancestors and descandants). According to his will, he lived in Madison County, Tennessee. He was born in 1790 and died in 1857. He was married to Elizabeth ? and had 5 children, Edmund J. Williams, Missouri Williams, Herbert Williams, Newton Williams, and W.A.P. Williams. Edmund was born in 1830 in Madison, Tennesse. He was married to Elizabeth Cordell. The only child that I know of is Thomas Porter Williams born Sept. 16, 1871, married Ada Thornton. Their known children were Mae or Mettie Mae Williams and Robert Porter Williams. Mettie Mae was my grandmother. She died June 5, 1940 in Jackson, Tennessee. She was married to James Wesley Denson and had just one child, my mother, Peggy Anne Denson. Please help me find my ancestors! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
