I am looking for information on my greatgreat grandfather James Welcome Taber(Tabor) born 1834 ILL. died 1880 in TX. He married May 28,1860, Margaret Christina Rose born 1843 in D.C. died 1926 in Hamilton TX. Had 7 children: Mary C. 1860?, Brice Steward 1862 MO., William 1864, Elice(Elias Doc) Aug.1867 Joplin,MO., Sara Elizabeth 1869 MO., James J. Aug.1872 AR. and Peter Rose April 1875 MO. Elice Taber was my great grandfather died 1931 married Sara Elizabeth Taylor born 1865/1869 in AL. died 1937/1939 Gatesville TX. They had 6 children: Mary Evelyn July 1901, James Edgar Sept. 1902 in Crawford TX., Sarah Carolyn June 1906, Rozella Sept.1907, Bob Nov., and Johnnie Pearl Nov. 1911. James Edgar is my grandfather died 1969 in Hamilton TX. married Lola Laura Cude. If you have any information for any of these names please contact me.
