My husband was born on Sept 2, 1968 at Ft. George Mead Hospital, MD at 8:02 pm. According to his adopted parents, his birth father was in the US Army and his mother worked as a secretary on base and that they were married. He was placed in foster care through Maryland Children's Services for approxamately 4 weeks until the adoption went through.
