I am searching for my biolgical father. His name is Neil Fox he lived and may still live in Ohio somewhere around the Xenia,Dayton area I Believe. My mothers name was Alice Smart at the time she give me up for adoption to couple who was friend with the family. I was born May 15 1960. I am told that Neil was 6'7 and had red hair.
