Looking for information about Jesse ROACH born ca. 1798 in Virginia or Maryland. Died 12 October 1877 in Hancock Co., WV. Married 1) Mary Anne CHAPLINE 13 December 1821 in Rockingham Co., VA 2) Mary PITTENGER before 1838 probably in Brooke Co., VA. Jesse and his first wife moved with her sister, brother-in-law (Jesse SISSON), and mother to Brooke Co, VA (now Hancock Co., WV) around 1826.
