Matthew Christopher Blackwell 10/10/88 Born to Joey S and Tracy Blackwell. Given up for adoption with DSS Feb 1993. Had a brother also placed with him and adopted by same family named Dustin. They have another brother that is older named Joey Steven Blackwell. He was raised by his father and step mother. We have wondered about these boys for years, and just want to know that they are fine and we are here for them if they wish to contact their father. He loved them very much and it was with much love and concern for them that he signed custody of them over to the state DSS. He wanted them to have more out of life than he felt he was able to provide at that time in his life. It was a very hard decision for him to give them up, but he has never stopped thinking of them or loving them. Any help would be appreciated. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
