Great-great grandfather, Charles Philo Perkins. Looking for parents, siblings and ancestors. He married Nellie Myrtle Mullen and had Maude Maurie (my grandmother). I show him, Nellie and Maude living in Industry Township, McDonough County, IL in the 1900 census. I think he died shortly thereafter. He was a school teacher (Guina School?)and I have a picture of him with his class dated 1898. I believe His parents were from Ohio and Virginia. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
