DOB 8/27/78 Edna Gladney Home Fort Worth, Texas Tarrant County, Texas USA Duncan Memorial Hospital cradle name Shirley Birthmother 16, Birthfather 17 at birth. birthmother had ash blonde hair, brown eyes, wore glasses, was in 11th grade, B student, mature for her age,5' 6 l/2" tall, 130# Her parents were: father 36, Baptist, Dept. Store Manager, bowler. mother 34, Baptist, Dept. Store Buyer. Sister 15, Baptist, with some kind of kidney disorder. birthmother stayed at the Edna Gladney home 4 months. I was born with ash blonde hair, brown eyes, at 11:15 a.m. in the Duncan Memorial Hospital. My cradle name in the nursery was Shirley. I believe the birthfather had blonde hair. My adoption was finalized on March 8, 1979 in Tarrant Co., Tx. Judge Joe H. Edison, Jr. Please find me. My mom is helping me search. I had an older brother Timm who was born at the Edna Gladney Home, also on 2/15/74, and passed away on 2/15/2005 I can be contacted through the Edna Gladney Adoption Registry, if you call and ask for the paperwork to register. I think the charge is $15.00 I am registered there, and if you register they will allow us to send each other a letter through them without I.D., etc. After we write if we both want further contact, they will send us both the information we need to write, call, or e-mail each other. If you do not, at least I will know you are alive, which is important to me. I welcome my birthfather to register, too.
